PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for 6 months after returning from international travel per current U.S. regulations. The earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP due to processing delays due to the pandemic. If the government undergoes another nationwide stay-at-home order, passport processing will be halted and can take 6 to 8 months to process. FLIGHTS
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the best airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can help you book flights to get you the best price at no additional charge. 

All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport. If you book through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from Hotel Xcaret Mexico will also be covered in the price of lodging. Of note, the transfer from the airport to the resort is approximately 70 minutes.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, an all-inclusive resort 40 miles south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room. She can also book your roundtrip flights if need be. **We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Hotel Xcaret, you will be required to pay a $185/per person visitor's fee to attend our wedding ceremony and reception.
