Hotel Xcaret Mexico is a luxury all-inclusive resort designed with a mix of charming and luxurious spaces. Located in Playa del Carmen, this family-friendly resort is situated in between the beautiful shores of the Mexican Caribbean and the lush Yucutan jungle. Its unique setting offers guests a gorgeous landscape of quiet coves, ocean views, rivers, lagoons, caves and jungle. The resort is filled with a myriad of colors and textures, celebrating the best of Mexican culture and art and the natural beauty of the region.
This resort redefines the concept of an all-inclusive experience by not only offering unlimited food and drinks, but also giving guests an ALL-FUN INCLUSIVE vacation. Besides the premium accommodations and delicious food and drinks, all guests here will receive unlimited access and transportation to the parks Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xenses, Xavage, and Xoximilco, as well as the speciality tours Xenotes and Xichen, and tour to the Tulum and Coba Mayan ruins with roundtrip transportation included.

Please note that room availability will change as new reservations are made and what is listed above may not be 100% accurate at the time of your room reservation request. The room categories listed above were selected by the couple for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible.
If you would like to upgrade to a different room category (not listed above) you have the option to do so based on availability, all you need to do is let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her.

Airfare. You are responsible for reserving your own flights. If you'd like to include flights in your reservation, please let our travel agent MarieSam know when you contact her.
Trip Insurance (Prices Below): We highly recommend getting insurance, especially with the current pandemic, but you have the option to decline when filling out the room reservation form.

Reservation Cancellation Policy
If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.
If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance, but you are still responsible for the $75 per person cancellation fee.
Once a reservation is booked there is a $75 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.
Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process.
If you initially decline the insurance but would like to add it back, you have that option up until 7 days after you place your reservation deposit. Insurance must be requested in writing.
